Thank you for enjoyable stay on vacation and near to the old centre of Bellagio, boats and ferries to Varenna, Menaggio, Lenno, Tremezzo, Como and main supermarkets. Amicable and welcoming staff, keep it up. It has decent and unbeatable setting to a supermarket.

We had a fantastic time at this apartment in Bellagio. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The apartments were spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The sofa bed in the living room was surprisingly comfortable, and there were plenty of drawers for storage. The bedroom had lots of closet space and a super comfortable bed. The apartment had a fully-equipped kitchen and there were supermarkets within walking distance. The views from the apartment were spectacular, and the apartment was well-connected to bus lines. The small souvenir at check-out was a nice touch.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well-located for exploring on foot, with a nice view of surrounding mountains. Great value for money, clean and cozy. Easy to reach from the town, with helpful host. Convenient amenities nearby.

The apartment was fairly clean. We liked the host. We had 2 restful days here. It was located in a downtown area near the forested slopes of Mount San Primo. Everything was first-class; we recommend this apartment.

the apartment had plenty of space and a pleasant smell. We especially enjoyed the backyard with its relaxing chairs and tables. the location was convenient, only a 15-20 minute walk to the center. Free parking was available right in front of the building. Yassim, the host, was incredibly helpful and reliable. We could always count on him for assistance. Thank you!

I had a fantastic two-night stay here, really enjoyed the dining area, seating area, and having ironing facilities available.

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic! Just a short stroll from the city center and the beautiful Villa Melzi Gardens, it's like being in a world of your own, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist-packed areas.

The only thing we wished for was a rooftop terrace or balcony where we could hang out and enjoy the breathtaking views with some music. That would have taken our party vibes to the next level!

The rooms were very clean and spacious, perfect for a family. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we loved the nice terrace downstairs. The view from the room was also amazing. We appreciated the folder provided with valuable information about the surroundings, including parking, stores, and rentals. Grocery shopping and bike rental were conveniently located within a 5-minute walk, and the city center was reachable within 15 minutes. Free parking on the site and good WiFi were definite advantages of our stay.

The lack of window blinds, which resulted in early mornings at 6 am. Another issue was the noisy air conditioning when the window was left open.
